New Year’s Eve Party – The New Year’s Eve party will be once again at the home of Bob and Danuta Vanderbeek at 119 Braidburn Road in Florham Park. Arrival time is 9 PM. Please contact Bob and Danuta to RSVP and let them know what you plan to bring (appetizer, main course, side dish or dessert). Bob, who is a professional chef, can then decide what he will make!

New Year’s Day Run and Party – This year the New Year’s Day Run and Party will be held at the home of Robyn Fuchs at 10 Albert Avenue in Morris Township. The run will start at 10 AM, followed by a New Year’s Day brunch, starting at around 11. Everyone should bring a brunch item, just like a Saturday morning run. Start the year off right with a fun run with friends. Please contact Robyn to let her know if you are coming and what you plan to bring.

Annual Meeting - Mark your calendars for the Rose City Runners Club annual meeting, which will be held at 7:30 PM on Thursday, January 22 at the Madison Community House. We will be electing our officers and directors at that time. The annual meeting agenda will also include a recap of the Giralda Farms race, plans for the 2009 Race, the newsletter/website, the racing team, and the calendar of events for the year. Pizza and soda will be served.
