President's Column

Thank you Lynda and Lee for hosting the Jingle Bell Run and the club members who participated in the actual run.  The run was great, even though it was cold and windy.  Everyone had a wonderful time regardless if you ran or not.  The food and company were fantastic.   

Once again, I want to reiterate my poem for the season: 

GREETINGS FOR THE SEASON! 

With the Holiday Season a thing of the past,
The Eggnog, good cheer and the meals over at last!

The thing you may remember with quite a large gasp!
Is the Extra Ten Pounds you added to you’re a--! 

A good thing to ponder for your New Year’s Resolution
Is to joint the Saturday Run at Loataka as a good solution!

 Lastly I hope all the club members and their families have a Merry Christmas, a Happy Holiday and a Healthy and Happy New Year!
